THE SKULL SESSIONS
Based upon open dialogues and cross-disciplinary studies, The Skull Sessions is a collaborative project by Andrea Galvani and Tim Hyde. The series is produced by actions, conversations, and journeys that are remixed and reshaped into objects, images, installations, and experimental publications. Established in New York in 2012, it encompasses an international network of artists, curators, writers, architects, musicians, and scholars. The Skull Sessions is a platform of creative exchange, where views and ideas can be shared and tested, a physical and philosophical space for critical and dynamic thinking to unfold. Activating energy between people and their environments, each gathering becomes a nexus of collective engagement and exploration radiating beyond the parameters of its original happening.
